To convert images, follow these steps:
  • Use the "Local file" or "Online file" buttons to specify how to upload the image to the server. Use the "local file" if you need to convert a file from your computer, in order to specify a file on the Internet, select "Online file" and in the appeared field paste the link to the file. We do not set any limits on the size of the image file, but the larger the file, the more time it will take to convert. Just be patient and everything will turn out.
  • If you need to change its size, then just specify the size in the "Change the size" field the width and height of the image. If you need exact adjustment in height or width, then just specify it and set the flag "Save proportions", in this case the converter will convert the file according to your condition, the second one will be calculated automatically.
  • To start the conversion, click the "Convert" button to start the transformation. If the conversion is successful, the file will be available in the "Conversion Results" section. If you just need to download a file, click on the file name. If you want to get other ways to save, then click on the icon to generate a QR code to upload the result to your mobile phone or tablet, and also if you want to save the file in one of the online storage services such as Google Drive or Dropbox.

Please be patient in the conversion process.

Compare CDR with TIFF

Format introduction CorelDraw is a vector graphics editor developed and marketed by Corel Corporation of Ottawa, Canada. CorelDraw file formats include CDR, CorelDraw Compressed (CDX), CorelDraw Template (CDT) and Corel Presentation Exchange (CMX). TIFF is a computer file format for storing raster graphics images, popular among graphic artists, the publishing industry and photographers. The TIFF format is widely supported by image-manipulation applications, by publishing and page layout applications, and by scanning, faxing, word processing, optical character recognition and other applications.
Technical details The CDR file is a ZIP-compressed directory of several files, among them XML-files and the RIFF-structured riffdata.cdr with the familiar version signature in versions X4 (CDREvrsn) and X5 (CDRFvrsn), and a root.dat with Corel Draw X6, where the bytes 9 to 15 look slightly different. A TIFF file, for example, can be a container holding JPEG (lossy) and PackBits (lossless) compressed images. A TIFF file also can include a vector-based clipping path (outlines, croppings, image frames). The ability to store image data in a lossless format makes a TIFF file a useful image archive.
